Pay-as-you-go
- No commitment: pay only when you need help.
- Quoted per job after diagnosis.
- Handled as availability allows, after retainer commitments.
- Ideal for repairs, upgrades, builds and occasional support.
Every business is different, so retainers are quoted after a short conversation about your users, devices and how quickly you need help.
How support requests are handled
CompFix is an owner-run business, so you always deal with the technician. A few simple guidelines keep things fair and fast for everyone:
First come, first served
Requests are handled in the order they arrive, with retainer clients first. That’s structure, not favouritism.
Full attention onsite
During an onsite visit, calls aren’t answered so that client gets full attention. If it’s urgent, WhatsApp is the best way to reach us.
One clear message
One message with the details gets you help fastest. Repeated calls don’t speed things up.
What to include in your message
- Your name and, for businesses, the company name
- Which device is affected (laptop, PC, phone, network)
- What happened and when it started
- Any error messages, ideally as a screenshot or photo
- How urgent it is and when you’re available
