No more paper forms. Fill in the right booking form before you drop off your device, and pay the R450 diagnosis fee online or in cash. You’ll get a signed copy by email, and we’ll have everything we need to start.

Which form do I need?
Computer repair / upgrade
For hardware faults, repairs, upgrades (SSD, RAM and more), a device that won’t switch on, or general problems.
Software upgrade / installation
For Windows upgrades or reinstalls, operating system installations, software and license setups.

How drop-off works
1. Fill in the form & pay
Complete it on your phone or computer (about 5 minutes, a little longer for software). After submitting, a secure Yoco payment link appears, or choose to pay cash at drop-off.
2. Arrange a time
Call or WhatsApp 082 469 4575 to arrange drop-off or collection. Visits are by appointment, as we’re often out onsite.
3. Drop off or we collect
Bring your device and charger to our Alberton North office, or we’ll collect it from you. Please don’t write your password on the form. We’ll ask for it in person.
What it costs
R450 diagnosis fee
Paid upfront, online or in cash. It covers the initial diagnosis of your device and is deducted from your final invoice.
Components
Any parts needed are quoted at current market and supplier prices before they’re ordered, plus a R200 delivery fee when components are ordered.
Additional labour
Work beyond the diagnosis is charged at R395 per hour.
Collection (optional)
Can’t drop off? We’ll collect your device for a R350 call-out fee, which may vary depending on your location. With collection, the upfront payment is R800 (R450 diagnosis + R350 call-out).
Paying cash? Your device is released once payment has been made in full.
